Charlotte Robb

Training and Development Officer

Charlotte joined SDF in September 2022 as a Training and Development Officer. She is part of the Workforce Development Team, developing and delivering a range of training courses to professionals across Scotland.

Prior to working at SDF, she worked for gambling support services developing and delivering training sessions and resources to raise awareness of gambling harms. During this time, she worked on a few different projects which included, delivering workshops to young people in schools across Scotland, raising awareness of gambling harms and their impact on women, and delivering training to professionals working in the criminal justice field.

Charlotte holds a BSc in Sociology and an MSc in Contemporary Drug and Alcohol Studies. During the latter, she focused her research on exploring the impact of stigma on women who use drugs.
