National Training and Development Officer (Harm Reduction, Sexual Health and Blood-Borne Viruses)
Lesley is part of the Harm Reduction, Sexual Health and Blood-Borne Viruses team, funded under the Scottish Government’s Sexual Health and Blood-Borner Viruses framework.
This new team was formed in 2018 and it’s role is to improve the sexual and reproductive health of marginalised groups including vulnerable young people and people who inject drugs, use IPEDs, engage in transactional sex and/or are involved in chemsex.
Lesley joined SDF as Patient Involvement Officer for Hepatitis Scotland in 2011, having gained experience working in service user involvement in Glasgow’s homelessness sector since 2006. Her qualifications include BSc in Infectious Diseases.
