This one-day conference organised by Scottish Drugs Forum examined and debated various issues related to current systems of treatment and care in Scotland and asked whom they best served – service users or service providers?
Speakers included Nicole Stutzmann, Head of Heroin-Assisted Treatment at Switzerland’s Federal Office of Public Health, and Dr Richard Simpson, former Deputy Justice Minister at the Scottish Executive and now working as an addictions specialist.
