SCOTTISH Drugs Forum has produced two information papers on Naloxone and Drug-Related Deaths aimed at non-specialist audiences wishing to understand more about the issues.
The publications coincide with the announcement today of latest figures on drug-related deaths in Scotland, which show a fall on the figures for the previous year and a package of measures to enable the roll-out of a national programme aimed at saving the lives of heroin users who have overdosed.

Scottish Drugs Forum has received funding from the Scottish Government for a training post to support the roll-out of Naloxone training throughout Scotland.
