What part does economic poverty play in developing and/or sustaining Scotland's drugs problem? And can we ever hope to reduce drugs harm unless we identify and tackle the harms caused by poverty itself?
These are the questions addressed at this major conference organised by Scottish Drugs Forum - in association with the Association of Drug Action Teams in Scotland and the Scottish Poverty Information Unit - to coincide with the 20th anniversary of SdF's inception in 1986.
