Clued Up

YP Employability Development Worker CU7 £24,046 - £27,500 Post until December 2018 (subject to funding).

Project Worker (Outreach Service) CU6 £21,062 - £23,370 Post until March 2018.  

Clued Up provides a comprehensive “youth friendly” Substance use support and information service for young people under 25 in the Fife area. 

Clued Up are looking to recruit a Young Person’s Employability Development worker to join our Team to work with the partnership delivering the Making it Work for Families project to support young people who are affected by substance use to achieve their employment potential.  

The Project Worker post will work within our vulnerable YP’s Outreach service for 12 to 18 year olds, providing one to one support, group work, MAIT.

Fife Intensive Rehabilitation and Substance Misuse Team

Fife Intensive Rehabilitation and Substance Misuse Team (FIRST) provides a Fife-wide rehabilitation service to clients with substance misuse problems via one to one, group and volunteer support.  

The service is currently looking to appoint a:
Temporary Rehabilitation Worker (period of one year) 36 hours per week.
FIRST Grade Point 22 - 25 (£23,446 - £26,823)

The Rehabilitation Worker will facilitate positive lifestyle changes for clients by developing and implementing individual Action Plans to enable clients to live predominantly without misusing substances.

Candidates should:

  • Be qualified to Degree/Diploma level or equivalent in Social Work, Nursing, Community Education or SVQ in Health & Social Care Level 4.
  • Have experience of working with individuals with problems relating to their drug and/or alcohol use.
  • Have experience of working with/supervising volunteers.
  • Be computer literate.

The service operates on a Fife-wide basis therefore the ability to travel across Fife is essential.
